Payment and Order Confirmation

Thimble Theory offers font and design proofs to allow you to see what your custom fabric will look like, before it goes to print. When your order and payment have been received, the digital proof will be designed and sent to the email address you provided, within 48 hours. Once your approval of the fabric has been accepted, it is then where your 4 week wait of completion begins. 

Thimble Theory accepts the following credit cards; American Express, Master Card and Visa. Customers also have the option to pay directly from your bank account using PayPal.

When placing your order, listings will give the option to have your item shipped to your location or to have your item picked up. If you choose the shipping method, shipping costs will be added to your cart when checking out.

All Thimble Theory products are custom made to your specifications, and I cannot accept returns once your design has been sent to print. Of course, if there is an error on my part I will correct it promptly and make sure you receive the correct item. 

 

Shipping

Thimble Theory products require 4 weeks to be custom designed and handcrafted before being placed out to ship. Shipping times may vary, depending on the shipping location. You will be contacted via email to be advised that your shipment has been sent out after your product has been made and is en route to your location.

All products are shipped by Canada Post using Priority or Xpresspost services. It is not the responsibility of seller- Thimble Theory, if your package does not arrive at the expected arrival date. Thimble Theory can only confirm the date it was shipped out on.

Customer is responsible for custom duties if purchasing outside of Canada.
